Time is ticking away and we still have lots to do, but we took time out to participate in the downtown holiday activities by decorating a planter. Of course, it had a sewing theme!
Our gigantic spool of thread (complete with an even bigger needle!) served as the base to our trio of Christmas trees decorated with button garlands and wooden spool decorations.Shop update: We received a big shipment today of fabrics. We may actually get all of our shelves filled yet. I think we are starting to actually visualize what the shop will look like once everything is done. Then again, this shop may always be a work in progress --- sounds like some of my UFOs!
