No words can express the sadness and shock we are experiencing at the loss of one of our partners, Marilyn. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We will be closed through Friday in her memory. For those of our friends who keep in touch with us through this blog and would like to attend the funeral, it will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church.

Janet and Sharla, imagine my surprise to stumble across Sharla blog tonight! "Hey, those are my cousins!" was my first thought. I went back to the beginning and scrolled through all of the updates ... and when I came to Jan. 21, was stunned to read of the loss of one of your friends. I'm so sorry. :(
I do hope to make it to Leoti soon and stop in to see you! My daughter and I are starting our first-ever quilt projects on Monday. Had I known just a few days sooner about your shop, we'd have driven up there! But we'll definitely bring them in to have you machine-quilt them if we ever get them finished.
