Since we're in the recipe sharing mode, here's another recipe we make frequently at the shop....
Janet's Chicken Salad
1 - 3 oz. package of cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup diced, cooked chicken
Chopped grapes
Chopped and toasted almonds
Mix ingredients together. Serve on a lettuce leaf or make into sandwiches (which we usually do). Great on croissants or sandwich deli flats (flat whole wheat sandwich bun). To cut calories, you can use light cream cheese and mayo.
